What if I cannot afford my medications’ cost?

Your dedicated RE Pharmacy Team will help you with enrolling in foundations, co-pay assistance programs, and access to other resources, if applicable. This is RE Pharmacy’s commitment to ensuring the complete delivery of your treatment.

How can I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

RE Pharmacy is excited to announce that this feature is coming soon! Soon you’ll be able to use our user-friendly secure web portal to access and track the status of all your medications. Your RE Pharmacy team of patient care advocates is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer your questions, and may be reached toll free at  at (866) 413-3156.

Are there any financial payment plans?

There are numerous services available through non-profit organizations, in addition to the services provided by RE Pharmacy.  Your RE Pharmacy patient financial care advocate will provide complete financial assistance support for you, and is always ready to assess your financial situation. Based upon the assessment, you may qualify for financial help and RE may be able to set up a payment plan for you. RE Pharmacy patient financial care advocates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (866) 413-3156.

How easy is it to order a refill?

Very easy! Prior to your refill due date, your dedicated RE Pharmacy team member is automatically notified. Upon this notification, you will be contacted to remind you of the refill, and coordinate a date and time of delivery of the medication. 

How long does it take to get my order?

As a highly qualified service provider, RE Pharmacy strives to expedite the delivery of your medication within 24 hours of order confirmation. For this reason, so you may adhere to your treatment regimen. 

 As a highly qualified care provider, the RE Pharmacy delivery fleet is committed to delivering you with your medication within 24 hours of order confirmation. 

You get free, secure delivery within 24 hours or less after RE Pharmacy confirms your order – or later if you request. RE Pharmacy ships medication orders within Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties.

Where will MY MEDICINE AND SUPPLIES BE SENT?

Your RE Pharmacy team will coordinate the delivery of your prescription order as well as medical supplies. You may have it sent to any location of choice, including your home or your doctor’s office.

You will enjoy these services and products all free of charge.

How do you make sure I get my order on time?

On-time delivery of your medication is the primary effort of the RE Pharmacy team. To ensure this, your dedicated RE team member will track your order throughout the entire delivery process, and keep your updated on its status.

How will my medicine stay safe during delivery?

As a part of the commitment to the safety and integrity of your medication, RE Pharmacy has implemented industry-standard methods of temperature regulation. Widely used in the manufacturing industry, as well as big pharma these methods ensure your medication remains at its recommended temperature at all times during transit.

Complete temperature studies are conducted for all medication packages to ensure quality control through the shipping process. The bag is labeled as “refrigerated” and packed inside a Styrofoam cooler. Special ice packs are included to help your medicine stay cool throughout delivery. Each box is securely closed with tamper-proof tape to make sure your medications are not affected during the delivery process.

How important is it to take all of my medicine?

One of the primary responsibilities of your dedicated RE Pharmacy team member is assisting you with proper administration of your medication in accordance with your doctor’s instructions.  Your team member also understands that some medications may cause side effects, or may be difficult to take.

For this reason, your team member will be happy to address any issues related to your prescription, and help you administer them – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You are always encourage to speak with your doctor about how to manage any side effects. But in the event you are unable to speak with your doctor, your RE team member will make accommodations to speak with him/her on your behalf.

How does RE Pharmacy provide my infusion services?

RE Pharmacy takes pride in their efforts to accommodate your needs, including infusion services. To ensure this, your dedicated RE Pharmacy team member will coordinate all medication services with your physician on your behalf. RE Pharmacy will then coordinate the required nursing services, and deliver your medication directly to you so you may relax during the infusion service in the privacy and comfort of your home.

How will I know if my medication is covered?

In order to accommodate your treatment needs, your dedicated RE Pharmacy advocate will work closely with you, your doctor, and your insurance company to handle the process of obtaining your medication(s). 

 

Specialty medication often requires a “prior authorization”, which examines your medical records to ensure you are a candidate for the prescribed medication. Upon approval, your advocate will work with your doctor’s office to ensure that all documents are submitted, and notify you of the results as soon as they are available.

How do I refill my medication?

Your Pharmacy Care Advocate (PCA) at RE Pharmacy will closely monitor your refills to ensure that you have your medication on time with no delay in your therapy. Prior to running out of your medication, you will be notified by your PCA, who will schedule a refill and delivery on your behalf.

If you find it necessary to call in your refills, your PCA is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (760) 340-3248.

How do I access my medication in case of an emergency, disaster, delay, or inability of RE Pharmacy to fill? Will I be notified?

Your health and well-being are of paramount concern to RE Pharmacy. For this reason, they have partnered with other pharmacies on the west coast and east coast to ensure there will be no delays in the delivery of your therapy. You can enjoy the assurance that both you and your doctor will be notified of any transfer, should one occur.
